I’ve just started to research the bizarre events surrounding “What’s the Frequency Kenneth?” To most people this phrase is a name of an REM song and nothing more. However REM’s lead signer Michael Stipe got his inspiration for the song by these unusual events.
I first heard about this years ago when REM released the song and I remember being told that the song was about CBS’s Anchorman Dan Rather being attacked by 2 unknown men. I didn’t give much more thought until yesterday. I was researching something else that related to Iran-Contra when I can came across, “What’s the Frequency Kenneth?” and remember about the song I looked into it a little further. At this time my information is limited and may not be completely accurate. From what I understand at this point this is what happened.
On October 4, 1986, as Rather was walking along Park Avenue in Manhattan to his apartment he was assaulted by 2 well dressed men from behind. While the men were punching and kicking Rather they repeatedly demanded to know, “Kenneth, What’s the frequency?” Afterwards when Dan Rather was asked about the incident he said, “I got mugged. Who understands these things? I didn’t and I don’t now. I didn’t make a lot of it at the time and I don’t now. I wish I knew who did it and why, but I have no idea.”
On September 11, 1987 Dan Rather walked off the air leaving the network scrabbling to fill 6 mins of dead air.
The assault went unsolved for many years, then in 1994 William Tager was arrested for the murder an NBC technician, he was also identified as the man who assaulted Dan Rather in 1986. Tager killed the NBC tech because he was worried he could decipher the “frequency”. William Tager told police that we was from the year 2265 but in a parallel universe. He was part of a time travel program that they had been working on for the last 149 year. This was the first test of the time travel technology so they used a convicted felon as a test subject. Tager was used in return and if he was successful in the experiment his sentence would be overturned and he would set free. They implanted him with a chip in head as a way to communicate with his own time. Apparently after examining Tager they actually found something in his head.
In Tager’s timeline Dan Rather was called Kenneth and he was part of the time travel experiment. When Tager saw Dan Rather in New York in 1986 he thought it was Kenneth from his own time.

SOLVING THE RIDDLE OF “WHAT IS THE FREQUENCY”
I have read a lot stories on the internet about their solution to why Dan Rather was assulted in 1986, and on none of them is it mentioned who Kenneth might be. Suppose somehow, and I am not really sure how, the Kenneth mentioned on the night that Dan Rather was assulted was Kenneth Anger? And also suppose since Kenneth Anger had done some films using people in the Navy that there was something in the films that shows something someone did not want anyone else to see? There was a Navy seal that was involved in the incident.
I had a cousin of mine that joined the Navy by the name of Paul Smith, and he had visited our household when Neil was doing his board room meetings in Plantation with Mike and Pam. Neil never included me, and it took me 40 years to figure out who my so-called step brother is, and why he did what he did. He was instructed, by the way, in the early 1960’s, after a trip to New York, that he had to go in the Marine Corps. At the time I did not know that that was the reason for the trip, and I have had to come to that conclusion with little no hard facts to prove it. Neil used to have meetings in the bedroom of our house at 5251 SW 4th Court, and tell Mike “You Own It”. Mike never understood what Neil was talking about, and I was never included in the meetings. The time Paul Smith happened to visiting from Dayton, Oh he came out of the bedroom saying “that is some program”. I did not know what in the world he was talking about, at all.
I think it might of had to do with the telephone call Mike had taken in which Mike said “he wanted nature”. As hard as this is to accept, and was not aware of the call that had come to our house in the 1950’s in which it was stated “nature says that vacuums can’t exist” was also said. Mike behind my back though, because this all happened between the ages of 7 and 11, Neil told him, and Mike I guess somehow had made a call to Gastro Castro started being offered the wishes that were originally, accordiing to Pam, who I did not know then either, supposed to go to me. Mike had made a call to Gastro Castro because of an international contract or international law document that was sent to our household by mistake, by the people Neil and Pam worked for, when they were children. So, Mike and appartantly, no one noticed I even lived in the household, and was not Paul Gerson Jr, and had been swallowed up in the spider’s mouth without even Gastro Castro knowing what had happened, or that I even existed as a person. Please do a Google search, type to words “Meet the Deedles” or see the the link included. If the movie had been written by someone in the household it could be even thought of as a home movie. It refected our household so much that whoever did write had to know a lot about our household at the time. There was the mention of where the underground bunker in or around yellowstone national park is located. Our dad had planned because of an idea Mike had come up with, just after our mom had died, to take us on a camping trip to Yellowstone National Park. He had planned the trip for at least a year, if not longer. But, because, Mike had appeared to be the only one involved with what he thought was the right thing to do to help me, his brother from people I did not even know, our dad changed his mind after the first time he was instructed to go over to where Pam, Neil and Eleanor lived because was convinced by Neil that I knew who he was, and “he could hardly wait to meet me” I not only did not know who Neil, Pam and Eleanor were as far as I could tell they were not people I ever wanted to meet!. So, supposedly there was an underground bunker in Yellowstone National Park, by the way, Paul Gerson and Ruth Gerson had met Pam, Neil and Eleanor long before I did also. Mike, with a device that Neil had, and with the misconception that what he was doing was helping made a call to Australia with device Neil had, and I think somehow also saw the underground bunker that Gastro Castro was in, at the time. I don’t know if anyone noticed it or not but that underground bunker was very important to the movie because it suggested there was a way to control something from the bunker. There was also the Old Faithful Geyser that looked sort of like a wormhole. So, Gastro Castro, who it was suggested was a part of CIA in the movie was calling our household. So, like I said, Mike started getting the telephone calls, and thinking that he was BOSS, as he told Pam and Neil, and he had decided he did not pick the 4th dimension. I had supposedly picked that, which I had not. Neil had been trained to use a device that had access to the spider device in the Soviet Union, and he used the frequency I was born with, to get access to the Spider device. So, my brother Mike, we used to be close, as brothers, when we were younger, got a call asking what do you want today, and Mike answered “I want nature”
Which Neil proceeded to include as a program to create the Hippie Generation in the 1960’s. It was not anything I wanted, and I had nothing to do with it happening but mind control can do some things that people just are not aware of, and they created a generation using the exact clothes that our mom bought for Mike and I to go back in the woods in the 1950’s in the shady banks neighborhood. It was actually just a slightly wooded area because it did not have houses there at the time. There was a train track that we used to walk along alot. I think the end of the hippie generation occurred because of about 3 events. The events were the fact that motorcycle gangs got involved. The Charles Manson issue, and Jim Jones Town.

How someone got a hold of something like that related to frequencies, these are 4 dimensional frequencies now, I do not know, and how they thought it was related to Dan Ratherm and CBS Studios, I am not sure, but I think that Kenneth had more to do with Kenneth Anger, as crazy as that sounds. I think that Kenneth Anger might have found something out while doing some of his films using the Navy, and it might have even been intended to go to CBS. Or, it might be related to the fact that Dan Rather, and I think it was his first broadcast as anchor of CBS news said “he had tried heroine” Why did he do that? Was it because something that had happened in our house? We did have a grandmother, our dad’s mother that died of terminal cancer while our parents were giving her shots of morphine prescribed by a doctor. I think there were a lot of songs written in the 1960’s about using morphine and heronine. Mike was even asked by a lawyer that Mike hired by the name of Ron Solove if he would take an overdose of heroine? I don’t know why that was done, but it was done while I was visiting with Mike and Cid. Mike still did not get the fact that Neil had chosen IT. ME. No he did not choose me he choose the frequency that I was born with without me knowing that he had done that. If you could tell the frequency of a wall you could walk right through the wall. For some reason people just do not think in those terms. It has taken me almost 50 years of my life, and being tortured in one way or another most of that 50 years to figure it out but that is the issue. I am not talking about time travel as far as I know there is not any time travel. Unfortunately, someone who got a hold something he was not supposed to get a hold of assumed it was time travel. Please take a look at my site. While I do not agree with Kenneth Anger, I think that is the person mentioned in the phrase “Kenneth what is the frequency” Don’t forget the logo for CBS is a big eye. Maybe at some point, because of something Dan Rather was investigating he actually talked to Kenneth Anger. Frequencies can also be 4 dimensional frequencies also. It has been proven by physics that we all vibrate at different frequencies.
Kenneth Anger did some early films with people in the Navy in them. I have a step-brother that was in the Marine Corps, a branch of the Navy, that knew a lot about frequencies since he was trained at a very early age in how to use devices that are 4 dimensional, and I am not talking about nuclear
For some odd ball reason this incident has been in my mind of recent. I remember when this all came down I questioned it and tucked it awy in my brain somewhere. Somthing bothered me about this statment “Whats the frequency Kenneth,” this has always felt like a piece to a puzzle that will answer some questions. It weird, it’s facinating yet I cant fine and solid evidence about this. what ever happend to William Tager? Does anyone know his whereabouts now?

It stuck me so odd that he was later charged with murder, how insane is that,and not to mention there was supposed to be two men in this attack with Dan Rather, where is the other guy and what his role in this all.
My conspiracy mind has me thinking this was someone trying to get a message out knowing Dan Rather was doing or had done some basterdly deed to someone along the lines of a frequency.. Its intersting and I would like to know more myself about it all.
